We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all PuffyPack™ orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, please contact us at info@puffypack.store with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period
