Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed
  • You will receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and internationally to select countries. Free shipping is available on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
  • Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after your order has shipped
  • You can track your order at the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
  • You can also track your order at puffypack.store/pages/track-your-order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For orders shipped within the United States, no customs duties apply
  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping cost
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and in secure locations around your property
  • Contact us at info@puffypack.store within 7 days of the marked delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
  • PuffyPack is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@puffypack.store
  • We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed
  • PuffyPack is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
